I want to share my passion for food and knowledge of cooking by teaching you to improve your skills in reading and understanding recipes, measuring ingredients, mastering knife skills and cooking techniques and seasoning food properly. The goal is to put a well-made meal on the table for family and friends using refined skills and for you to feel accomplished and relaxed.
A detailed questionnaire is offered when you enroll in your first class, which allows me to get to know you and to avoid any ingredients related to a health issue. I use fresh ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.
